Getting a fair quote on home services has always been a solo effort. One homeowner, one contractor, one price. Quotovate set out to flip that dynamic by letting neighbors organize around shared needs and approach contractors together for better rates. We built the platform from the ground up as a fully custom software project, designing a two-sided system that serves homeowners and contractors at the same time. The result is an application where coordination becomes leverage, and better organization leads to better outcomes for everyone involved.

An organizer picks a service, sets the neighborhood and time frame, and names the project everyone is rallying around. It turns separate to-do lists into one piece of collective buying power.

Every group comes with a single shareable link that neighbors can join in seconds, no account required. The faster the list fills, the bigger the discount everyone can ask for.
Customize Your Profile
Both homeowners and contractors get a profile they control, with contact info, service areas, and project details. Contractors can build theirs into a business presence that earns trust before the first conversation.
Contractor Pro Account
A tiered membership (Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master) expands how many groups a contractor can create and manage. It turns Quotovate into both a pipeline and a way to rally customers for better rates.
Advertise on Quotovate
Contractor placements surface to homeowners exactly when they create a matching group in that service and area. Higher tiers unlock priority placement so the most engaged businesses get seen first
Dashboard
Home base for every user, where members track their groups and submitted projects. Contractors manage groups, subscriptions, and ad placements all in one organized view.
