How does the process work?
To get started, click here! Once you complete to form, you’ll receive an email from one of our talented designers to begin construction. We encourage communication and collaboration, and will always be available to meet over text, email, call, and/or Zoom.
Over the next seven days, we will use the information you provide to create a custom website, social media accounts, logo design, and digital content. We’ll send periodic updates on our progress and will always be available for questions or discussions regarding your project
After seven days (or less), we will send you the website, logo, and social media pages to review. This is your opportunity to let us know what you think! We won’t launch the website and social media accounts until we receive your approval. IMPORTANT – we will always be available to make edits and improvements, even after the project is complete!
What is website hosting, and do I have to pay for it?
In simple terms, website hosting is like renting space on the internet for your website. Web hosting services provide the computers and infrastructure needed to store your website’s files (text, images, videos, etc.) and make them accessible to people when they type in your website’s address (domain name). Think of it as the digital equivalent of renting space in a building for your business, but instead of a physical building, it’s a server on the internet.
We offer 3 months of free website hosting and maintenance services for our Standard Package, and 6 months free for our Premier Package. After these trial periods, we charge $50/month for website hosting and maintenance.
IMPORTANT – $50/month hosting and maintenance service covers more than just hosting. Our clients receive free edits and updates to their websites through our 24/7 tech support. Simply email us what you would like changed on the website, and we’ll complete the change withing 24-48 hours!
Can we use my own website domain?
During the website development process, we can acquire a domain on your behalf. If you already own a domain, we can use that domain instead!
All of our websites are first built on a “test domain.” (called a staging site) This test domain cannot be found on Google searches, so it’s a great place to construct and edit the website before launch. Once you approve of the website on test domain, we will move the website onto the final domain, a process which takes approximately 24-48 hours.
Will I be able to make edits to the website?
Yes! All of our websites are easy to use and edit. If you would like to learn how to make edits and changes to your website quickly, we’ll set up a Zoom call to show you how!
Do I have ownership of my website, social media accounts, and logo?
Yes! You will have complete ownership of your website, social media accounts, and logos.
What should I know before I start?
- Each project we do is creative and unique to you. We encourage collaboration and communication. We WANT you to be involved in the process, offer critiques and improvements, and love the final designs. Therefore, don’t be afraid to tell us what you think at any stage of the development process. We love to hear what you have to say.
- When working with technology, there are occasional hiccups that may delay the development process. We will keep consistent communication to ensure that you always know the status of the project.
- If you’re looking for a particular design or aesthetic, feel free to send us pictures, content, and other websites/social media profiles to reference. In most cases, if you can find it online, we can make it happen!
When and how do I pay?
We take 50% down before we begin development on your project, and collect the remaining 50% after the project is complete.
