How does the process work?
We begin with a free consultation where we talk through your goals, your customers, and the type of online store you want to build. This helps us understand what success looks like for your brand whether that is sales, subscription features, product variety, or a streamlined checkout.
From there, we create a visual mockup based on our conversation. You will see colors, layouts, product card designs, and the overall shopping flow before we build anything.
Once the design is approved, we begin development using modern tools and best practices. You will get consistent updates so you always know how the project is progressing.
After the build, we fine tune everything. We offer unlimited revisions because your satisfaction is the priority. We keep adjusting until every detail feels right.
When you are completely happy, we launch your online store. We handle the technical setup so everything goes smoothly and your site is optimized, responsive, fast, and ready to convert sales from day one.
Can you set up products, categories, and inventory tracking?
Yes. We can build your complete product catalog including categories, variations, sizes, colors, custom fields, and advanced inventory tracking. You can manage stock levels automatically through your dashboard.
Do you set up payment processing?
Yes. We handle the full setup for payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, and bank transfer options. Your checkout will be secure, fast, and simple for customers to use.
Can you connect shipping carriers and live shipping rates?
Yes. We can integrate USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers so your store automatically displays live shipping rates. You can also offer free shipping, flat rates, local pickup, or custom shipping rules.
Can you set up taxes?
Yes. We configure your store to calculate correct sales tax based on your location and the customer’s location. If you handle international orders, we set up the proper tax rules for those as well.
Can my store include subscriptions or recurring payments?
Yes. If you sell subscription boxes, recurring services, or membership style products, we can set up automated billing and renewal features.
What is website hosting, and do I have to pay for it?
Website hosting is the online space where your website lives. Hosting providers supply the servers and technology needed to store your website files and display them to visitors.
Our hosting and maintenance service includes much more than hosting. You also receive free edits and updates through our 24/7 tech support. Simply email us what you want changed and we complete it within 24 to 48 hours.
Can we use my own website domain?
Yes. If you own a domain already, we can use it. If not, we can help you select and purchase one.
Your e-commerce site is first built on a private staging domain. This version cannot be found on Google which makes it a perfect place to review and revise the store before launch. Once approved, we move everything to your final domain within 24 to 48 hours.
Will I be able to make edits to the website?
Yes. Your site will be simple to update. We can show you how to make changes to products, prices, descriptions, photos, coupons, and other important store settings. We can also hop on Zoom if you want a walkthrough.
What should I know before I start?
Your project is fully custom and designed for your brand. We encourage collaboration and want you to share ideas, inspiration, and examples of stores you like.
Technology can sometimes have delays or hiccups. We keep clear communication throughout the project so you always know what is happening.
If you have a certain look or shopping experience in mind, send examples. If you can find it online, we can usually create it.
Do you offer search engine optimization? (SEO)
Yes. We begin with a free SEO report to see where your current website stands.
We offer two SEO services:
One time technical support. A full optimization that improves speed, structure, and crawlability.
Monthly SEO support. Ongoing keyword research, optimized content, and backlink development to improve rankings and drive targeted traffic.

When and how do I pay?
We require a 50% down payment before we begin development on your project, and collect the remaining 50% after the project is complete.
