How does the process work?
We begin with a free consultation where we talk through your goals, your audience, and what makes your website stand out from the rest. This helps us understand exactly what success looks like for you.
From there, we create a visual mockup based on our conversation. You will see colors, layouts, and style ideas that capture the tone of your brand before we write a single line of code.
Once the design is approved, we bring it to life using modern tools and best practices. You will get regular updates and previews so you always know how the project is progressing.
When the build is complete, we fine tune everything. We offer unlimited revisions because your satisfaction is the priority. We keep refining until every detail feels right.
Finally, when you are completely happy, we launch your new site. We handle the technical side so everything goes smoothly, and your site is fully optimized, responsive, and ready to impress from the very first day.
What is website hosting, and do I have to pay for it?
In simple terms, website hosting is like renting space on the internet for your website. Web hosting services provide the computers and infrastructure needed to store your website’s files (text, images, videos, etc.) and make them accessible to people when they type in your website’s address (domain name). Think of it as the digital equivalent of renting space in a building for your business, but instead of a physical building, it’s a server on the internet.
IMPORTANT – Our hosting and maintenance service covers more than just hosting. You also receive free edits and updates to your website through our 24/7 tech support. Simply email us what you would like changed on the website, and we’ll complete the change withing 24-48 hours!
Can we use my own website domain?
During the website development process, we can acquire a domain on your behalf. If you already own a domain, we can use that domain instead!
All of our websites are first built on a “test domain.” (called a staging site) This test domain cannot be found on Google searches, so it’s a great place to construct and edit the website before launch. Once you approve of the website on test domain, we will move the website onto the final domain, a process which takes approximately 24-48 hours.
Will I be able to make edits to the website?
Yes! All of our websites are easy to use and edit. If you would like to learn how to make edits and changes to your website quickly, we’ll set up a Zoom call to show you how!
What should I know before I start?
- Each project we do is creative and unique to you. We encourage collaboration and communication. We WANT you to be involved in the process, offer critiques and improvements, and love the final designs. Therefore, don’t be afraid to tell us what you think at any stage of the development process. We love to hear what you have to say.
- When working with technology, there are occasional hiccups that may delay the development process. We will keep consistent communication to ensure that you always know the status of the project.
- If you’re looking for a particular design or aesthetic, feel free to send us pictures, content, and other websites/social media profiles to reference. In most cases, if you can find it online, we can make it happen!
Do you offer search engine optimization? (SEO)
We do! Before we begin, we’ll send you a free SEO performance report to see where your website stack up against the competition. From there, we offer two SEO services.
- One-time technical support : A comprehensive tune-up that optimized your website’s structure, speed, and crawlability for maximum search engine visibility.
- Monthly support : In-depth keyword research paired with optimized content and backlink building to boost rankings and drive targeted traffic.

When and how do I pay?
We require a 50% down payment before we begin development on your project, and collect the remaining 50% after the project is complete.
